List prices for tax return preparation includes E-file and direct deposit of refund, where applicable. All tax returns are professionally prepared and are reviewed and signed by a licensed CPA in good standing with the State of Ohio. List prices shown are for basic returns only – prices vary due to complexity of return, schedules/forms needed and amount of information to be compiled and reported.
Individual income tax return preparation (including one state and municipality) for W-2 employees or self-employed – basic tax returns starting at $500. More complex returns (for example those with rental property, investment transactions, tax credits, etc.) can be quoted before work is performed. Prices include efile (if available).
Business entity income tax return preparation (including one state and municipality) for LLC’s, S-corps, C-corps, Partnerships & Trusts – basic tax returns starting at $600.
Payroll
Payroll & Payroll Tax Returns – Contact us for quote for in house payroll or payroll consulting. We also offer online payroll services through SurePayroll. You can sign up for online payroll services here. Pricing for online payroll starts at around $55 per month.
Business/Tax Consulting & Services
Business Entity Structuring – Initial assessments, assisting with entity creation, acquiring tax ID numbers & tax authority registrations - starting at $500.
Statutory Agent Services – starting at $100/year.
Accounting, Bookkeeping & General Business/Tax Consulting – generally at $150/hour, available in 60 minute increments.
All Other Business/Personal Services - including audits, assessments/notices, business valuations, purchases/sales, financial statements, etc. - please contact us for a quote.
